How to show activities not only for one employee in Siebel Calendar

Hello all. Siebel Calendar shows activities for only 1 person and permits to filter out records for a particular employee using Owner  combobox. Is it a way how to show records in the calendar by different parameters? We need to show all activities for a particular shop i.e. one shop has many activities which are done by many employees. I would like to have a Combobox like Shop where I could select activities by Meeting Location field.

We use HI interface Siebel 8.2
