Expdp from 32 bit to impdp 64 bit

Hi,

I need to exp a 32 bit database into a 64 bit database on differenct computer

I'm assming that I have to create the folder structure in the new computer

Create a dummy database with same name, same "system" password.

then export database.

Is 64 bit converstion is done automatically?

Does anyone know of or recommended steps of how to do this?

Windows 2003 Server Standard SP2 32 bit to Windows 2008R2 Standard 64 bit server.

from 32 bit 11.2.0.4 to 64 bit 11.2.0.4

Edit: the database needs to remain open.
