Production Scheduling - Duration Resource Issue

We are currently setting up a production scheduling plan that references ASCP.  We get a valid plan, but all the items contain these warnings in the logs:

 

Validation Warning - 49705-16340-6:M2 (Routing): The operation Napkin Folder:100:10:49705-16340-6:M2 does not contain a duration resource

and

 

Lot multiple resource or set NAPKINS specified in operation Napkin Folder:100:10:49705-16340-6:M2 is inconsistent with the actual lot multiple resource

and

 

Duration resource or set NAPKINS specified in operation Napkin Folder:100:10:49705-16340-6:M2 is inconsistent with the actual duration resource

Has anyone seen similar errors in the past?  Or do you have suggestions on which tables in ODS/PDS would be the source of the errors?
