Choosing a Price List on the Service Request

We are in the process of upgrading to 12.2.4.   As part of the Enhanced Charges Logistics changes one of the enhancements was for "Specify Default Price List on Service Request Header".    Can someone please explain how this is accomplished?  I can not seem to find any documentation on it.

Also - the "Specification of ‘Calculate Price Flag" functionality.    I set up Service Activities with the Calculate Price set to "Partial" but when I created lines from Repair Depot, the lines in Order Management were set as "Freeze".    Are there any other setups that need to be completed?    I have already posted this question out in the Depot Community but thought I would ask here as well.
