Unable to mount file system

I'm seeing the below error for one of my repositories. This has been a working repo and i started seeing these errors lately. I'm also not able to present the OVM server pool to the repository. I'm only running a single OVM server in the pool. Would appreciate any help to fix this issue

Job Internal Error (Operation)com.oracle.ovm.mgr.api.exception.FailedOperationException: OVMAPI_B000E Storage plugin command [storage_plugin_mount] failed for storage server [0004fb0000090000c775089fe707f43b] failed with [com.oracle.ovm.mgr.api.exception.FailedOperationException: OVMAPI_4010E Attempt to send command: storage_plugin_mount to server: ovmhost.
