Pricing Sales Kits with Adv Pref

Kit ABC

·         Component A at $100

·         Component B at $100

·         Component C at $50

Kit AD

·         Component A at $80

·         Component D at $300

Kit Pricing Method set to 4 = Components Discounted Prices 

Adjustment Detail set up on component using Order Detail Group -> Price Code 2, eg, if price code 2 = 20 then give $20 discount. 

Advanced preference allows set up by customer and item groups.  However in this case, both Kit ABC and Kit ABD can be sold to the same customer and component A is part of both kits. How can I use advance preference to default price code 2 into the sales order line when the customer orders Kit ABD?
