How to restric field UOM in purchase requisitions?

Hi everybody,

Someone to know, How to restrcit field UOM into purchase requisitions window? The user enter line with Item information, When Item is entered the unit of mesure appear linked at item but the user can to change this value.... We want that user can't to do this.
