Hi

When calling Process Order Api from Business Event subscription encountered the API error

no data found in Package OE_ORDER_WF_UTIL Procedure Create_HdrWorkItem User-Defined Exception in Package OE_ORDER_WF_UTIL Procedure Start_HdrProcess

The declarations are present as suggested in the below thread

Also Workflow Background process is scheduled for OEOH.

Still facing the above error

Please note :same custom code works fine when run as a concurrent program
