API/Concurrent for Generating Forecast Amounts

Dear Project Gurus,

In our Projects implementation we are using the Project Management module's standard forecast generation function to create cost forecast to update cost budget.

We use "Remaining Plan" as the ETC method, and collect actual data to generate the forecast amount.

Right now, we are generating the forecast for one project a time using the standard OAF web application, but this process takes time because

there are quite a few number of projects that needs forecast generation.

Is there any public API or concurrent program to generate forecast amounts from a certain Financial Plan and actuals like you can do so from the OAF function?
