Supplier RMA via P1779 Supplier Recovery Claims
Hi everyone, P1779 Supplier Recovery Claims gives the opportunity to create a RMA. The RMA created this way uses the supplier number as R8 address book, the orders created uses the supplier as well, and this is fine.
I can't find any useful information in JDE's current documentation. SR to the Global Support team drives me to a "Don't think you can deal with this via RMA because RMA deals with customer returns", while P1779 lets you create this RMA.
Did anybody investigate on that function ?
