Oracle 12c - opatchauto failed with error code 239

Hi,

I have installed (in OEL 6 x86_64bit) Oracle 12c (12.1.0.1.0) GI and RDBMS base version in separate home using separate users (grid and oracle). I have also installed fusion middleware weblogic forms/reports and BI (business intelligence) software. The oracle central inventory is for all these software.

Now i am trying to apply patch 12.1.0.1.4 patch to GI home and opatchauto analyze is throwing below error.

[root@oretail14 ~]# $GRID_HOME/OPatch/opatchauto apply /staging/software/oracle/patches/18705901 -analyze
