Special Information Types - Restricting the buttons in Read Only Structures

We have a requirement where there are few SIT structures that needs to be displayed as 'Read Only'.

As suggested in the configuration document,  created a separate function, appended it to the Global Custom Function and attached to my custom Self Service responsibility menu.  Personalized the function to include only those structures we need separated by PIPE symbol.  And personalised to hide all the buttons (Add/Update/Delete).

Now, I am able to have a "read only" access to the required structures. 

But in the same page,  I am able to see 4 buttons (Cancel, Save for Later, Back and Next) on the top right and bottom right of the screen.  Is there any way to control it?  Couldn't able to see under "Personalization" to restrict this.  Looks like this control is from the Workflow end... Any pointers?
