12c upgrade for graid infrastructure on standalone server from 11.2.0.3

Hi,

We have 11g Grid infrastructure on standalone server with 11.2.0.3 database running. We want to upgrade the environment to 12.1.0.2. Meanwhile we want to have 11g version database duplicated to some temporary database on same server so that it is available for application testing.

Could you please suggest best way to upgrade grid infrastructure and database to 12.1.0.2 considering we also want to run 11g version of database on same server.
