Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Siebel open UI - Vertical Scrollbar in List applet

Hi,

We know that Vertical Scrollbar in List applet should not appear in Siebel Open UI application.

But one of the user is getting the Vertical Scrollbar in List applet (See the attached screenshot) in her Google chrome in version 43.0.2357.81 m.

All other users are using the same version of chrome but they are not getting the vertical scrollbar.

We have tried reinstalling the chrome after deleting the browser history , but the scrollbar still appears for her.

In the same system with Firefox (38) the vertical scrollbar in the list applet does not appear.

Please let me know if anyone of you has faced this weird issue or can think of any solution to this.
