PM SR generated without schedule defined in contract coverage

Hi All,

We have a case where PM SR generated without schedule defined in contract coverage (contract BE-S-000038 ). User has not defined any PM SR schedule in contract, but PM SR generated on start date of contract.

What can be reason for this.

I have checked doc ID 1547400.1 (SR Generated From PM Program/Activity Without Schedule/Activity Entered In Coverage Template). This is for Version 12.1.3 and later, but we are on 11.5.10.2. However, it is written that "

Generate Service Request Concurrent Program's code does not verify the contracts' schedules,

only if a contract is still valid or not. If the Unit Maintenance Plan(UMP) was generated with Building Unit Effectivities(BUE),
