R42565 Prints multiple orders within same document

I've submitted a batch of sales orders to print using R42565. My batch contained (4) sales orders where multiple lines were at NS 580.

When I reviewed the pdf, it combined items from a different sales orders. I also had an item from a sales order that did not exist in the data selection.

How does this occur?
