Modify workorder - to include phantom subassembly

EBS Rel 11i;

Can we modify a work order to include a phantom subassembly?

According to the user guide: Oracle Work in Process explodes through a phantom subassembly to the components if the components were tied directly to the parent assembly.

So, based on the user guide, the logic would be No.

Can you confirm?
