Why do some Assets display "Management IP", and "MAC Address" info on Dashboard and other Don't???

With reference to the Dashboard snippet below:

Why do some Asset display the Management IP and MAC Address, and other (more recently deployed) Assets Do Not???

Refreshing (Menu selection) does not seem to update this info either.
Is there a means to get this information populated? (Edit Does Not cover these fields)

How is this information obtained by Ops Center that it is not being populated in the dashboard for all assets (ILOM/Physical Servers anyhow)??
