Siebel install with Fiesystem on a NAS?

Are there any guidelines/best practices for FS hosted on a NAS device (and accessed from a Siebel Server running on Windows OS). We studied the Siebel File System Master Note (https://mosemp.us.oracle.com/epmos/faces/ui/km/DocumentDisplay.jspx?id=1459875.1Doc ID 1459875.1).

Are there any guidelines regarding file count and total FS space usage ?
