Journal Entry T3 entries not appearing for payroll void payment

Hello,

my user had to void a payment and re-issue. The void did not create any T3 Actual Burdens in the Journal. The re-issue worked correctly and created the T3's. The AAIs are setup for Actual Burdens. Has anyone seen this issue before and know what is causing it. The concern is that the original payment created T3's and the re-issue created T3's but there are not offsetting voids to reverse the original entries.
