How to create windows services for WSM and SOA servers which was installed during FCM cluster

We implemented new EPM11.1.2.3 environment.

We have two foundation servers in the environment with FCM cluster. We completed installation and configuration based on the below doc:

Installing and Configuring Oracle Hyperion Financial Close Management 11.1.2.3.000 on a SOA Cluster

so we have 1 admin server, 2 SOA server and 2 WSM servers in the deployment.  During the startup we are using node manager to start the SOA and WSM servers.

But when we are coming out from the server node manager is going down and it is stopping WSM and SOA servers as well.

So we decided to create windows services for WSM servers. Any one has idea how to do this?
