Siebel Upgrade RDBMS for Arabic along-side of ENU

Hi All,

Along with the current upgrade, I will need to add a new language pack(Arabic). What are the best approach in setting up and configuring RDBMS(From SQL prespective) and OS(Windows) to suit both English and Arabic. Also, please mention the key settings for both OS and RDBMS to be considered. Like for instance can RDBMS handle both Arabic and ENU collation in a single database instance or does it need a separate instance. Should there be any consideration for Operating system(Windows) etc
