RSS Approval - address book set up

Hi All,

Could anybody please shed some light on how the RSS approval workflow and address book set up works?

So in order for the Requistion approval to work, the person entering the requisition and the approver must have their Address book set up correctly specifically in the WHos who>Email/Internet Revisions. Some address book might have more than one line in the Whos Who set up like the example below with line ID 0 and 1:

My question is, when a requisition is sent for approval, which line does the workflow look at to send the email to as well as when the Requisition has been approved?
