how to start Net Configuration Assistant?

Dear all,

I click start->all programs->ORACLE_HOME -> Integrated Management Tools >Net Configuration Assistant,but can not start and not any error message is shown.


I also try it with Command  Prompt ,the same result.

C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_FRHome1>C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_FRHome1\BIN\launch.exe "C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_FRHome1\network\tools" ..\network\tools\netca.cl

C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_FRHome1>

Could you give me some advice?
