REP56109 error:the job is terminated due to connectin timeout

Dear all,

When the user running the reports, they got rep56109 error even if after we upgraded the java version.

The engine response timeout=20 min.

Connection idle timeout=15min.

Retry=3times

Maximum Idle Before Shutdown=30min

Environment:cluster reports on solaris sun sparc 10

any advice on how to track down the problem?

If there any information I left out, feel free to ask..

Any help is highly appreciated.
