Processing Option Value blank after a days

Hello ,

I have Processing Option with multiple tabs. This PO is associated with 9 version of the Application P4310. It's happing from last three weeks. Functional guys use to change the same value for all PO and it get blank after a day.

Please let me know the solution for that....
