How the Service Request is viewed against Preventive Maintenance request generating program creates

Hi guys ,

How the Service Request is viewed against Preventive Maintenance request generating program creates one Service Request for every Activity.

How Dispatcher use those generated Service Request to assigned the resource

Is there any Notification send to ------------- > [Field Service Manager ] when [Service Contract Responsibility] -------> User generate Preventive Maintenance Schedule against the Preventive Maintenance Program defined.
