Allocated checklist error

Hi,

Getting this error when "Allocate checklists and tasks process" concurrent program is run. Lifevent is defined and is attached to checklist. The person id displayed in the error does not exist in the database

A benmngle caching error has occurred in the routine ben_person_object.set_per_object.
Contexts at the time of the error are:

Person ID: 11952,
Business Group ID: 21,
Effective Date: 27-MAY-2015.
