Difference betweeen Adjustment Control Code 5 & 7

Hi,

Can any one help me to understand difference between Adjustment Control Code 5 & 7 (Alias- ACNT).

5 Says Rebate history to be written to F4078

7 Says Supplier proof of sale rebate adjustment.

I would like to do a set up for receiving Rebate from Supplier. Shall i use Adjustment control code 5?
