getting heap alerts for weblogic admin server

Hello Experts, we are using weblogic 12.1.2.0 version, we are getting java heap alerts for admin servers for frequent intervals(for every 20 min) and alerts getting cleared after 3-5 min. i had verified admin server configuration but i didn't find any unusually behavior with configs.

can you let us know what might be the problem for heap alerts for admin server
