Popup window for a managed server startup fails to close after upgrade from 10.3.5 to 10.3.

 

After upgrading WebLogic from 10.3.5 to 10.3.6, when starting a managed server using Administration Control,  the popup window  fails to close and return control to the Administration Control window.   The popup window remains,  repeatedly showing TASK IN PROGRESS, but the window fails to close.   The managed has been started up, the log file for the managed server shows that it is RUNNING, so it appears that it is just the return of control to Administration control that is failing.  How can I find the problem?

 

I suspect the problem to be in the SSL communication. 

 

I also get failure messages in the shutdown of a managed process, but can return control to the Administration control window
