ORA-01403:no data found Issue while saving the AR Transaction

Dear Experts,

I have entered the AR Transaction Header details( Customer Invoice) and the Line details, Then trying to save the Manual AR Transaction. "ORA-01403:no data found" error is showing and unable to complete the AR transactions. Is it setup issue or Bug. Please guide me.
