Is there a way to get rid of ASO plan type while creating a planning application in PBCS?

Hi,

We have an issue with the default ASO plan type that pops up while creating the planning application in PBCS? It is understandable that it's just to curtail the number of application and hence the license but instead of this having an asset, it is creating trouble.

When we load account dimension with BSO specific properties, obviously it is not supported by ASO plan type and hindering the further dimension load and deployment. Instead of being given as an 'option', it seems mandatory to provide a name against the ASO plan type.

So question here: Is there a way to get rid of this ASO plan type in PBCS? if yes, then how? Had there been a check/uncheck option, it would have given more flexibility than pain.
