Database connection credentials for batch schedule

I have a very strange issue.  I created a batch which i want to schedule.  I begin creating the schedule and get to the screen where it requests logon credentials.  In the top section, i can type in the username and password with no issues.  In the database connection section, I notice that the database name is not filled in (I think it was previously) and it won't let me type in the username and password fields.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I am guessing there must be someplace where I need to tell it what DB I want
