Batch program to update Tax rate and Expl Code on open orders

Have a sister company that is in phases of JDE 9.1 Go Live. They are using Vertex but need a way to update open orders from legacy system with the correct tax information.

Looking for a way to copy tax information from Customer/Supplier master to Sales Order and Purchase Orders that are open in the system.

Does anyone know of a batch program that will either update the tax information on the orders or process a recalculation and update the tax codes  based on Ship To address on the Open Order?
