Agent is unreachable in Grid cloud control 12c
I'm running Oracle EM 12c and in the oem application both the oms and host server were up and running fine.
At the one time I change user root password of cell storage.
Then, when I went back to the OEM application there are any errors with Exadata Storage Server Grid.
I click on the unreachable status hyperlink and eventually get to an incident screen. It says its been unreachable since 14th of May.
