Forcing Leading Zeros in a Automatic Batch Numbering

We are in the process of configuring Process Manufacturing in R12.2.4 and I am trying to get "behavior" similar to 11.5.10 for Batch Document Numbering. In 11.5.10 there is a setting in Document Numbering where Last Number Assigned and Format Size are defined. These settings force the batch number to that length. I am NOT finding an equivalent to the Format Size in the Parameters for R12. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
