Siebel Session not getting closed even after session time-out period elapsed

edited Jun 5, 2015 12:21PM in Siebel Business Process & Functionality (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered

Hi,

We are using siebel version 8.1.1.11.10 version.

in eapps.cfg SessionTimeout=900 parameter is set at 900.

SessionTokenTimeout is not set.

issue 1. Siebel session remains active even after 15 min of idle time.

issue 2. Sometime Siebel session gets hanged after SessionTimeout, and it does not allow user to logout or perform any operation, does not provide the Logout screen, user has to force close the browser.

Can anyone please tell me steps to resolve this issue.

Thanks and Regards,

Sudipta
