is there any documentation to upgrade from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3 ?

is there any documentation to upgrade from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3 ? I can only find documents for 11i to 12.x.   I was directed by support to the 12.1.3 documentation so i thought i just apply the 12.1.3 on top of 12.0.6.  Then , searching on my own, i found a note that says you cannot upgrade directly from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3.  You have to go to 12.1.1 first..  Is there any documentation on 12.0.6 to 12.1.3?
