While initiating approval (Parallel) for a quote from R12.1.3 getting error

Error returned in ASO_APR_INT.GET_ALL_APPROVERS

ORA-20001: Oracle Approvals Management has found parallelization configuration details.

The context in which ame_api has been invoked does not support parallelization

Parallel approval functionality has been implemented in 12.2.2 via Enhancement Request (ER) 2753663 (PARALLEL APPROVAL PROCESS).

Since there are number of dependencies (new code and UI), this is currently not made available on any lower R12 releases.

Is Parallel Approval For Transaction Type "Oracle Quoting" Supported? ( Doc ID 785653.1 )

Currently we are on R12.1.3 and in service contracts we are using parallel approvals & its works fine.
