Urgent - Planner's desktop data wiped out after DB halted

Hello,

This is an urgent issue and I appreciate any help.  There was an issue with archive log space being filled up and our database halted.  Once the database came back up, Planner's desktop data is gone.  I want to know if there is a program that may have been running at the time this incident occurred and it may not have completed.  Any insight into how this happened and what to do to remedy this will be greatly helpful.
