Internal Requisition cancel option performing for only one Operating Unit.

In R12 we are using multiple Operating Units, after creation of Internal Requisition cancel option (Navigation: Requistion > Tools > Change) performing for only one Operating Unit.

Then for remaining Operating Units error will occurs "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance."
