Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to stop automatic creation of a minor category value

Hi,

After i defined a new major category value, a minor category value is automatically created when I'm still about to add a minor category.

Please give solution on how to stop this automatic creation of minor category value.
