JDE is not recognizing the path of Jdeveloper

Dear Sir / madam

I have installed JDeveloper on m fat client machine as a preparation step for the MOBILE APPLICATION

now I am trying to validate the path as per the below example I get  and error "invalid value" nothing else

Add the JDeveloper install path in OMW:

- In OMW, add a Business Service object (JPR01000 for example) to a project.

- Go to 'Design' for this object.

- Select the 'Design Tools' tab

- Click the 'JDeveloper Install Path' icon to enter the JDeveloper install path
