Can Multiple child level be assigned in a hierarchy to a Parent level

We have a requirement of

Region > Sub region > Area > Country

Region> Sales region > Zone > Country

                  

Header 1	Header 2

               Region

Sales Region          Sub Region

Zone                         Area

               Country

can this be mapped in Demantra ? I understand that a Level can be associated to a single child level ( Level configurator)

In this case can Region parent level can be assigned to two child levels ( Sub region and Sales region) ? if not in standard is there any workaround ?
