"An invalid account is associated with the item being transacted"

We have above error in our 11.5.10.2 environment that is stopping us from closing the inventory period.  We followed action plan in folloiwng notes but none of these plans solved the issue.  Where exactly and what else we are missing?

This issue is happening on Material Transactions workbench where costed flag for these transactions is either N or E. in MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS Table.
