Updating Install date of parent and child records
When a user updates install date on ATO model in the install base, we are expecting that install date change will cascade to level 2, level 3 components in IB but it is not happening.
The current install dates are:
23-Mar-2015 11:02:32 (ATO MODEL)
10-Mar-2015 11:01:05 ( ATO Configured Item).. This is a child record in IB configuration
and in a different example, it is same date but different times
23-Mar-2015 11:02:32 (ATO MODEL)
23-Mar-2015 09:01:00 ( ATO Configured Item).. This is a child record in IB configuration
When I update ATO model to 10-APR-2015. I was expecting that child record will also get updated but that did not happen.
