user error in Workspace IE9 - compatibility view error when compatibility setting is disabled

A user is getting the following error message when trying to access Planning through Workspace in IE9.  The compatibility view is disabled.

”The current compatibility setting is not supported. Disable Compatibility View before running this web page”
