Integration Repository Generate button for a web service is hanging

SOA Experts,

We are following support notes 1311068.1 and we are at the stage of validating SOAP services from integration repository (section 5.1).  We have identified one of the web service and upon invoking Generate button, it simply displays as Generating..and it stays that way for hours. I am sure there is some issue, but unable to figure out.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
