Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Migrate oracle database 11.2.0.3 Standard Edition(windows 64 bit) to 11.2.0.4 EE RAC (Linux 64 bit)

We are planning to migrate the 11.2.0.3 windows to 11.2.0.4 linux ,database size is 1.5T production 24X7 database.

What is the recommended way to do this migration with least downtime?
